Tick Tock
Tick tock, Tick tock
Time's up.
Say no more
Why let your past trail you?
Why dig up that box loaded with souvenirs?
Are you not agitated of unearthing
Something terrible?
But what if that something that you lost
Was actually something you couldn't relinquish.
What if it's not so alarming?
But what if? is all I'm able to say.
They say actions speak more than words.
Why not do what they say?
Why not take action?
There is nothing superior than the present.
Why linger so long for doing something
you have always wanted to do?
You never know what might impend
So do it now, do it prompt
Instead of looking back
Brimming with remorse
Thinking what might happen
If you did otherwise.
Because the time that you let astray
Is never going to revive.
