He Is Not Here

Creation and DestructionPoetry

I look and search for him,
But he cannot be found.
I know he is in a good place,
But I am without him, so I might drown.

We rarely talk,
Because he is not here,
He cannot find his way to me,
I might as well just walk in fear.

She won't let me go.
She is happy, she left him
She is watching out for me, like a bear watching her cub. But I need him and
He is not here.

I am lost, confused, pained
Trying to be happy,
I can't do this anymore, I'm drained.
