Humor is a tool for someone that may feel empty and shallow as if they’re missing a half. Things that may sound stupid or silly release that negativity just by making them laugh.
Expressive movement can be a way to move the body or even just a stance. Imagine tension, pain and stress all flowing away through the motion of a dance.
Affirmations. Stand in the mirror; say something positive. You can let down your front. Speak words of self- love and appreciation. Just try it even if it’s it once.
Listening to music can help you understand your feelings and relate to someone who may know. It connects to you specifically and wants to help you grow.
Independent prayer is a way to connect directly with God. He gives you guidance and protects you, sending you back on your journey with an approving nod.
Nurturing yourself takes time and investment allowing yourself to enjoy the things you love. Once you’ve given back to yourself, you’ll feel as free as a dove.
Guided meditation can make you feel relaxed and calm. Sit for a moment and be at ease. It won’t do you any harm.
Take the time to heal and show yourself some love as we approach a new spring.
